Overview of Ultrasonic Linear Vibrating Screen​:

   Mesh clogging is a common problem in the sieving industry and other associated services. It not only damages the device being used but also leads to reducing quality yield/output. But don’t worry, the Ultrasonic Screen Deblinding System comes to the rescue.

   Ultrasonic linear vibrating screen solves the screening problem of materials with strong adsorption, easy agglomeration, strong viscosity, high static electricity, high density, super fine powder etc. The screening accuracy can be increased by 1~100%, and the output can be increased by 1~10 times, really meeting the industrialization production of 100 mesh ~500 mesh and above.

  It can be installed in various kinds of screening machines, such as ultrasonic test sieve shaker, ultrasonic round separator, ultrasonic rectangular separator, ultrasonic tumbler screen, ultrasonic airflow centrifugal screen, ultrasonic gyratory screen and so on.


Working Principle of Ultrasonic Linear Vibrating Screen:

  The ultrasonic vibrating screen consists of the following: the ultrasonic generator or power supply, the ultrasonic transducer, and the screen mesh with energy conduction ring.

  Operation starts with the inflow of the fine powder from the feed storage or hopper to the screen mesh. To sieve the fine powder, the ultrasonic vibrating system induces vibration on the screen mesh. The transducer converts high electronic frequency into mechanical kinetic energy and supplies this ultrasonic vibration. This vibration is of high frequency and low amplitude and is then distributed evenly throughout the mesh via the energy conduction ring.

  The ultrasonic vibration sieving process breaks the static bonding between particles, promotes vertical movements in the screen mesh, and increases the efficiency of the sieve.


Features of Ultrasonic Linear Vibrating Screen:

Ultrasonic Screen Deblinding System of Ultrasonic Linear Vibrating Screen:

  The core technical components of ultrasonic vibrating screen is the ultrasonic screen deblinding system, and the ultrasonic screen deblinding system is divided into ultrasonic power supply and transducer.
