The Horizontal Air Flow Centrifugal Sifter for Heavy Calcium Carbonate is also called airflow screen, centrifugal sifter, centrifugal sieve, airflow sieve, horizontal airflow screen, turbo sieve, cyclone sieve, airflow centrifugal sifter, centrifugal screener, centrifugal powder sifter, rotary screen, rotary sieve, rotary sifter, air classifier etc.
The centrifugal sifter is a kind of screening machine making use of centrifugal force and cyclone for material separation. It is available with a cylindrical sieving chamber in which there are helical paddles supporting rotation motion. Screw conveyor is employed for material feeding. While propelling the feeding material against the screen,the rotating paddles also create centrifugal force and cyclone which accelerates the particles through the apertures. The centrifugal screen is designed with two outlets. Fine materials that can pass through the screen mesh are discharged via the fine material outlet, while others that can not pass through the screen are discharged from the coarse material outlet along the wall of the screen cylinder.

The rotary sifter is a cylindrical screen, placing in the body, material through the screw conveyor system, then mixing and atomization with the air going into the mesh tube; material was forced to spray over the screen mesh due to centrifugal force and cyclone propulsion coming out from the blade of wind turbine in the screen mesh tube synchronous, and discharge by fine material outlet; the material that can’t be over the screen mesh is discharged by coarse material outlet along the wall of the tube.
